BNA Labor PLUS provides Web access to five BNA PLUS labor databases: NLRB elections, unfair labor practice charges,
work stoppages, contract listings, and contract settlement summaries. Through BNA Labor PLUS, you can search and retrieve
results immediately
BNA Labor PLUS is sold two ways: transactional and flat rate. Transactional users pay a low annual subscription fee
of $100; additional fees apply to purchase the results of a search. Subscribe to transactional Labor PLUS. Flat-rate subscribers pay one annual subscription fee
and no additional per-search fees. For details on flat-rate pricing or to subscribe, contact your BNA account executive, or Debra Kramer, BNA PLUS client services manager, at 301-570-4234, or dkramer@bna.com
For more information and to preview the databases, go to
www.bnalaborplus.com.
Customers may also request information from the databases by calling BNA PLUS at 800-372-1033 (select Option 5, then Option 3), or sending an e-mail to bnaplus@bna.com.
BNA PLUS merges the NLRB's monthly headquarters reports with regional data to give you the most current, comprehensive
election information available. You can request a search by employer, international or local union, industry group,
geographic location, or type of election. Custom statistical reports are also available to help you analyze NLRB elections
by industry group or subgroup, union affiliation, unit size, location, and other criteria. Plus, you can receive twice
yearly reports on representation and decertification election statistics.
Sample Report
BNA PLUS maintains a database of ULPs filed by members against unions. The database can be searched by employer, geographic
location, union or local, type of charge, and disposition action. Copies of the actual charges are provided.
Sample Report
This BNA PLUS database draws from more than 25 years of published accounts in BNA publications, newspapers, government
reports, and union publications. You can receive listings of work stoppages by industry, company, union, or geographic
region. Use this valuable information to identify bargaining issues and to generate statistical reports.
Sample Report
This BNA database contains close to 350,000 records specifying the names, addresses, and phone numbers of parties to
collective bargaining agreements. You can request a search by industry category, union, company, or location.
Sample Report
Now that the Bureau of Labor Statistics no longer provides information on collective bargaining settlements, BNA PLUS is the
only source for complete wage and benefit settlements. This exclusive summary of changes negotiated under collective bargaining
agreements also addresses working conditions, term of the contract, location of the parties, and more. The database is also
searchable by trends in employment practices, benefits, and other contract provisions such as subcontracting, incentive pay
plans, and job security.
