This collection of health care-related fraud settlements between states and/or the federal
government and private companies are generally a result of complaints filed under the False Claims Act. Those
settlements accompanied by Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA) are indicated. Other settlements have the
compliance terms included within their text (C). In some cases PLUS does have original, amended complaints, and
other supporting documents. The cost for each settlement with any available CIA is $27 (documents over 200 pages
will cost more) plus shipping, handling and any applicable state tax. Most of the settlements are available in
electronic format (pdf).
